Established in 2007, Excel Construction brings extensive residential construction experience, established multitrade teams and practical site management to individual works packages and ongoing programmes.
Our background is in delivering homes: new-build developments, conversions, extensions, loft conversions, full refurbishments, roofing, structural alterations and groundworks. That includes approximately 31 new-build homes delivered over an 18-month period. The same teams, supervision and subcontractor relationships are now available to organisations that need dependable refurbishment, repair and maintenance capacity across South London.
We work within a 15-mile radius of Croydon town centre, covering Croydon, Sutton, Merton, Bromley, Lewisham, Lambeth, Wandsworth, Southwark and surrounding areas.
