We have our own staff, some of them working for us for more than 15 years.
We do not subcontract our work; all our staff work exclusively for us.

Renewables, Gas Safe, NICEIC & MCS
Our gas, electrical and renewable energy contractors
Our registered contractors for gas and electrical work are Gas Safe and NICEIC registered. Every notifiable installation is certified and notified to building control, and you receive the compliance certificates on completion.
Our heat pump contractors are MCS certified and approved installers for Daikin Altherma and Mitsubishi Electric Ecodan air source heat pumps. Every system is commissioned to the manufacturer's standards, and eligible homeowners can claim the government's Boiler Upgrade Scheme grant through Ofgem.
Solar PV and battery storage are installed by our MCS accredited solar contractors, including design, commissioning, MCS certification and a 10-year installation warranty.
We also install Baulogic smart home systems: hardwired KNX control of lighting, heating, blinds and security, fitted at first fix while the house is being built or refurbished. See our renewables & smart homes work.
