"I cannot recommend Excel Construction enough. They have a wide range of trades and co-ordinate these trades to complete the whole job more efficiently than would be possible trying to manage and co-ordinate directly. Excel Construction have just fully modernised the inside of my house. Re-plumbed, re-wired, installed a new water pipe from the Thames Water system to my house to increase water flow, renewed ceilings installing LED down lights throughout the house, plus fixing other lighting and adjusting and increasing electrical sockets all in compliance with current regulations. They installed a new boiler, hot water tank and a new central heating system and all radiators. They also fitted 3 bathrooms and a new kitchen. They work closely with a painter and decorator who also re-plastered my whole house. The work was estimated to take 12 weeks and they finished in 9 weeks. Remarkable job."

“Excel Construction have carried out a complete refurbishment and modernisation of all services in our house, including a large kitchen space, new bathrooms and loft extension. They are very accomplished builders in all trades and for us they took care of all steel and brick work, plastering, tiling, plumbing, electrics and carpentry, and also helped us deal with suppliers. They are very hard working, considerate, and always worked around our needs, as for most of the time we continued to live in the house during the building work. The Excel Construction team are very organised, friendly, punctual and carry out quality checks on all work done, such that any imperfections are dealt with before it is too late. The finished work is excellent. As in any building project, changes to planned work, as well as additional work to what was originally planned happened, and Excel Construction were very flexible in dealing with these changes despite impact to the schedule. The cost of additional work was as fair as that originally quoted for, which less scrupulous traders often take advantage of. Crucially, we were given a very good reference for Excel Construction from a previous customer in our area, which helped us make up our minds. We have had a very good experience with them, they have come back to address any snagging issues and we hope to engage with them again for further work.
