In Battersea’s Three Sisters Conservation Area we rebuilt a detached 1870s villa behind its original facade, working with Studio Werc. The project added a whole new basement level (guest suite, gym, utility and side access), dug by mini digger and by hand because of the narrow site, plus a rear extension with full-width Crittall doors. Featured project: basement completion & fit-out, 31 Edna Street
At 31 Edna Street in Battersea, another contractor had started a major renovation and basement project but was unable to complete it. The homeowner brought us in to take over. We completed the basement and its full fit-out, installed new structural steels and a new MVHR ventilation system, arranged the electric and gas connections, and coordinated the sauna, bathrooms and plant rooms.
